DECEMBER 26. ate and i went to greenbelt. we were suppose to watch a movie but then the tickets were already sold out. so we didn't bother to watch anymore. we just strolled from one shop to another. we also saw ate jade there. she was with her sister. nung una, nahiya akong harapin siya kasi it's been like years na hindi na kami nagkikita. but eventually, nakapag-usap rin kami kahit papano. after greenbelt, punta kaming greenhills sa bahay nila ate gis. we also ate dinner there. caelum is so cute. super duper cute talaga, i love him! :)

DECEMBER 27. nilibot ako ni kuya sa manila. haha. pumunta kami sa malate (nag-submit si kuya ng application for PAL. he wants to be a pilot) pati sa rp manila (na never ko pang pinuntahan. as in never) haha. grabe ung rp. ang daming tao! sobra. tapos ang onti pa nung choices ng footwear ng lacoste. pero may napili nman ako. at medyo mahal siya in fairness, it cost 4,995 pesos. after lacoste, pumunta kami ni kuya sa mango. SALE! may nabili akong bagong top and binilhan rin ni kuya si ate gis ng dress, a very nice purple dress. after nun, nagreklamo na ko kay kuya na gutom na ko. haha. so punta kaming strabucks para kumain. kumain ako ng cinammon swril and peppermint mocha frappucino. yummy. pag-uwi, wrap ng gifts for my cousins (i'll be able to see them by january 3)

DECEMBER 28. stayed the whole day at home. nakakainis pa nga kasi maerong nagtext sakin, tas hindi ko kilala. hindi ako nagreply. after a while, bigla siyang tumawag. out of curiousity, sinagot ko. tas ang lalim ng boses niya, sobra kaya natakot ako. tapos mag-isa pa ko sa bahay kasi nagpunta sa supermarket ung maids namin. takot na takot talaga ko. tas bigla siyang tumawag ulit, hindi ko na sinagot. tas nagtext ung same number na un. nung binasa ko ung text niya, nagulat talaga ko. ung isang pinsan ko pala na guy un! linchak! pina-kaba niya talaga ko. tas pinatawag ko na siya sa bahay. nag-usap kami from 7-10pm. grabe talaga. tas pinagtatawanan lang niya ko kasi daw ang sungit, sungit ko sa kanya nung unang tawag nia. grabe kasi talaga e.

DECEMBER 29. lalong sumama pakiramdam ko. may ubo, sipon, fever at hinihika. san ka pa? haha. stayed all day at home. mga11'30pm nagpunta kami ni ate sa starbucks libis. nag-order ako ng cinammon roll pati ng hot chocolate. tas pag-uwi, sinamahan ko si ate na mag-aral sa may sala. pero ako naka-upo lang sa couch. haha. hanggang 2am ko lang siya sinamahan kasi inantok na ko agad. haha.

DECEMBER 30. nanood kami ng pyrolympics kagabi. sobrang daming tao tas ang traffic pa. sobra. ang ganda ng fireworks. i love it! :) haha. nung pauwi, sobrang traffic rin. 10'30pm kami umalis dun tas umaga na kami naka-uwi. as in, 2am na un. sobrang nakakapagod.

oh my, later new year's eve na. sino kayang babati sakin ng saktong 12am? new year na nman to start a new beginning. i love it! :)

it's been quite a while na rin since i last post an entry and a lot of things had happened, actually. so here goes my updates.

looked for the style of the la coste shoes i want and bought it. joeff and cha bought their sneakers at nike. after that, starbucks kami and guess what? i saw my teacher there. nakakahiya nga kasi naka-uniform pa ko nun. eh bawal kami lumabas or pumuntang malls wearing our school uniform. kasi.. ewan! simplicity of lifestyle.. daw? haha.

the yfc family day. we were suppose to wear pink and knowing me, i won't have any problems with that. haha. i woke up so early that day [pero medyo hirap kasi napagod ako sa pag-shop namin nila mik at cza sa greenhills the day before] because it'll start at 9am and i still have to fetch nina, cza and chinky at mcdo masinag. then from there, punta na kami ng marist. we arrived at marist at 9'30, i think. it was my first time to go there. malak ung school in fairness. pagdating namin, we attended the mass. a lot of people i know, were there. ang saya nga e. sobra.. parang reunion of yfc members. haha. lunch time, kumain kami sa mcdo. sa mall. tas balik sa marist. then there, we played games, watched the program and took pictures. haha. we went home by 4pm. saya..

that same day, mga 6pm nag-attend ulit ako ng mass kasama sila ate, cha joeff. after nun, teriyaki boy kami for dinner. and yeah, we bought stuff that we're going to bring for our trip to our province.

our trip to our province was quite long. tas we watched the battle of the bands there. at siyempre, hindi makukumpleto ang trip ko sa ilocos ng hindi ako nakakakain ng special empanada. sarap, sarap! aiun, natapos ung battle of the bands ng mga 6. pag-uwi dinner na. alam mo na, province un eh. so early dinner. hindi na kami dun natulog. that same night, umalis na rin kami ni kuya. pagdating namin dito sa manila, automatic may colds na si kuya. tsk. tsk.

i also bought gifts for our maid's kids. actually, kahit medyo may sakit na ko, i felt happy that i was the one shpping for them. kais parang, ewan. ang saya ng feeling na sobrang blessed namin and we have te chance to share it with others tas ikaw mamimili nung mga things na alam mo magugustuhan nila. and i wrapped all the gifts i bought for them, all by myself.

went to bel-air to have a lunch with my ninang and the rest of the bernad family. their house was so cozy, i liked it. oh and yeah, kristoff was so cute. he has this brown hair that totally look good on him. and he is so white. i bet he's going to be a model someday.. after the get-together lunch, we bught cakes and other stuff for our maids and other people.

aside from that, there were a lot of experiences which i have encountered with other people. sobrang daming experineces na masasaya pero a part of me knew i'm still missing something that is really hard to grasp. too much problems that i need to cope with.

my ate and i spent our christmas eve at greenhills with the acop family. sobrang daming food. and sobrang tahimik nung house. honestly, sobrang special sakin nung mga 12am thing pag christmas, new year and birthdays. kay sobrang saya ko to the point na napatili ako na may bumati sakin ng exact 12am and kasama ko si ate at kuya. oh and yeah, we also watched the old movie, the princess bride in the the theater room in their house. we arrived home at 3am.

having coughs and colds and a fever. how good is that? [being sarcastic] i'll be going with aiko's family later to celebrate christmas day. i'm just not sure if i'll still be joining thae acops again later for dinner. oh well. this really is one of the not-so-good christmas days i have. tsk. tsk.

DECEMBER 15. ordinary school na parang medyo light kasi karamihan ng teachers wala. umuwi si ate sa house. sabay kami nag-dinner. habang dinner napag-usapan namin na magsimbang gabi kami sa ateneo. tas after dinner, natuloy nga kami. ang daming taong nagmass. as in super! after nung mass, nagstarbucks kami nila ate. bumili siya nung pang-exchange gift niya dun and nag-peppermint mocha kami ni joeff. pagkauwi, dapat mag-aaral ako kaya lang bigla akong tinamad kasi inaantok ako bigla. so ang ginawa ko nlang, inayos ko ung gifts ko for the club.

DECEMBER 16. dapat gigising ako ng 4am pero hindi ako nagising. haha. wala kaming first 3 subjects, nagpractice kami for the vigil on monday. and siyempre, tinake advantage ko un para makapag-review for english. haha. so, there. christmas party rin ng club namin kanina. pagka-uwi ko pumunta kami ni kuya sa gateway. tumingin kami ng mga style ng shoes sa la coste. after that, pumunta rin kami sa nike and sa shoe salon. after that, starbucks naman kami. may bago na naman ankong favorite drink.. CREME BRULEE!! yummy! oh and yeah, dumating na ung visitor ni ate.

DECEMBER 17. pumunta kami sa tutuban. at sobrang riot dun! ang daming tao! after nun, punta kami nila mik at cza sa greehills. nakakapagod and nakakahilo. ang dami ring tao! nakauwi kami mga 8'30pm.

DECEMBER 13. i was reading the novel things fall apart which is required in our english class when cha came up to me and asked me to write a poem for her project. i asked what the theme is supposed to be and she said anything that is related to a love song. at first, i said no. tas nung medyo natripan ko na rin na gumawa, pumayag na rin ako.

here goes the poem i made fo cha's project..

WHAT'S IN A LOVE SONG?

there was this instance

that i felt like i don't belong

so i turned on the radio

and listened to a love song.

the melody was kind

which made it easy to find

somehow i was happy

for i wasn't anymore snappy.

that love song i heard

was one of the bests

it wasn't gloomy

nor was it doomy.

funny how love songs

can make my heart twirl

with just a swirl

even if life seems so unfair.

it made me imagine big things

and it brought me back to reality

thus, music is part of what i need

and that's nothing i shall heed.

oh and yeah, nasugatan ako ng pinsan ko sa kamay ko. kasi nung dinner, ewan ko kung sinandya niya or hindi pero ginalaw niya ung knife niya, tas tumama sa kamay ko. pagtingin ko puro blood na. inis na inis talaga ko kagabi. tas sinasabi pa ng isa kong pinsan, magiging peklat na daw un! sana naman hindi db? pero ngaun okay na. kasi look at the bright side, magagamit ko na ung mga band aid ko na merong ibat't ibang designs. merong blue's clues, barbie, spongebob, bears, hey arnold, clifford and scooby doo.

DECEMBER 14. did almost all things today. passed my story map and my formal theme for english ahead of time which means i'll be getting an incentive of additional 2% in my grade. kasi sa friday pa talaga dapat ipapass un. para sa friday isa nalang proproblemahin ko, ung english mid-quarter about things fall apart. we also had our fil mid-quarter test earlier, madali lang siya kung tutuusin. well, mas madali compared to the tests na ginawa niya before. we also had algeb class earlier. as usual, wala na naman si ms jose. grabe talaga. wala na kong natututunan sa algeb class. tsk. tsk. oh and yeah, i helped in preparing the goodies for tomorrow.

tomorrow will be our handog pasasalamat. walang classes before recess, ibig sabihin walang swimming. haha. there, we will have guests from st. catherine school and we will be paired up with them, by groups ata. tas un. sana magustuhan nila ung goodies na bibigay natin sa kanila. pinaghirapan ko ata un. haha.

i've got lots of plans to spend my weekend for this week. on friday, la salle fair dapat. pero mukhang di ako papayagan eh. on saturday, alis kami nila mik. on sunday, yfc party at marist. yey. makikita ko na naman ang aking mga yfc friends. haha.

december 15 na bukas, ibig sabihin.. darating na ung canadian guy friend ni ate dito sa bahay. dito siya magstay for 5 days and 6 nights ata. buti nlang canadian na, dati german! grabe, iba ung amoy nila. haha. ang sama.. pero i hope it'll be fun.

sobrang problemado ako. san kaya ako magchichristmas? hmmmmm.. bahala na nga!

DECEMBER 7. we were doing our ip during our recess and our lunch breaks. i recieved my grade in alge and it really wasn't that good. we had our friday sched for today. and as usual, we pretty much had a short day. and yeah, we had our clubs. i wasn't feeling well. i really had a very bad headache. so the moment i arrived home, i slept the late afternoon away.

DECEMBER 8. no classes. i was suppose to go to gateway with mik, cza, girlyn and aya but i wasn't really feeling well. so nde na ko pinayagan ni ate. i just stayed home the rest of the day.

my mom called me up and we talked about something really important. my mom wants me to go to states this coming summer and she wants me to stay there for good. she wants me to study there. i don't know if i want to, but for now, ayoko pa talaga.

jackie texted me and told me that we have a sort of reunion. sa lahat ng mga batch mates ko sa yfc, miss ko na kayo. sana nga matuloy ung 'reunion' natin noh. sana makita ko na kau ulit.

DECEMBER 9. no classes AGAIN. still stayed home. dapat pupunta sa house nila anj, pero hindi pa rin okay ung pakiramdam ko. so hindi na ko pinatuloy. we watched the movie just like heaven in the evening at gateway. kasi nanlibre si ate and un lang ata ung time na nagkasama ulit kami sa mall eh. it's been quite a while. okay ung movie. katabi ko nga si ate dun sa movie house eh, tas pinagtatawanan niya ko kasi masyado akong 'attached' dun sa story. tas comment ako ng comment ng.. "oh, my gosh" in a way na parang kinikilig na ko tas kinukurot ko pa ung arms ni cha [kasi siya katai ko sa kabilang side] haha. we arrived home at 12am.

DECEMBER 10. boredom and laziness striked me. sobrang wala akong ginawa dito sa bahay and ayokong lumabas. kasi parang nakakatamad na ewan. haha. and.. nawawala pa ung pinsan ko. kasi gumimik sila ng mga friends niya.

DECEMBER 11. birthday ni isay. grineet ko siya ng 12'22am. haha. naalala ko pa. nagmass kami sa eastwood mga 11am. then after nun, lunch sa teriyaki boy and punta ng a different bookstore para bumili ng books. binilhan ako ni ate ng confessions of a shopaholic kasi para sa kanya, ganun daw ako and besides, maganda daw ung book series na un. so there. nagpunta rin kami sa starbucks. and guess what?! i have a new favorite drink there! peppermint mocha! yummy, yummy! arcade din kami, after a while. tas punta kami sa condo ni tita [sa eastwood pa rin] nung mga hapon. nainis pa nga ko eh. kasi kala ko may 'GOOD' thing kaming gagawin dun, wala naman pala. di sana umuwi nlang kami. sa sobrang badtrip ko dahil wala kaming ginawang may sense, niyaya ko si cha pati iba kong mga pinsan na manood ng movie. we watched the fog. pero grabe, pati sa movie, nabadtrip ako. hindi siya worth it! tsk. tsk. after ng movie, tita texted me na kakain daw kami sa pho hoa. natuwa ako kasi okay food dun. at least, merong nangyaring maganda kahapon, kahit isa. after we finished eating our dinner, meron akong narinig na mga fireworks sa labas. merong fireworks display! haha. saya grabe. sobrang na-amaze ako. parang first time ko makakita ng fireworks kagabi. haha. after the fireworks display, umuwi na kami. then onting internet kasi nagresearch pa ko on evangelical poverty thing. haha. slept at 11'55pm. oh and yeah, sa bahay natulog si cha!

DECEMBER 12. submission of the magazine project on english. and supposedly, it was our group's reporting pero di natuloy. so bukas nalang. got my grade for stat. hindi siya mataas pero pwede na rin. lots of things to do this week.. projects, reports, quizzes and mid quarters. here comes the hectic scheds once again..

hindi ko alam ibibigay ko sa mga tao ngaung christmas.. di pa ko nakakapag-shop for gifts. to think na this friday na ung exchange gifts for clubs. and senior pa nabunot ko. what the hell am i suppose to give to that senior anyway? ang hirap..!

13 days before christmas, but still i can't feel the spirit of it.

DECEMBER 2. ordinary school day. actually not really. we have had a lot of mid quarter tests then. that's why it became to stressful for us. that same day, in the afternoon, was the yfc youth camp. i was even having second thoughts whether to go or not. one of the reasons why i don't want to go to the camp was for the fact that my friends, mik and cza, won't go anymore. so i decided not to. but i already paid for the fee which was kind of expensive so i went anyway.

the moment i arrived in the camp, i was nervous. for the fact na wala nga ung mga friends ko dun. and i don't think anyone from aa would go there except for the core group. sobrang kabado talaga ko kasi what if wala akong makasama. 3 days pa naman un. sa registration plang, kinakabahan na ko. kasi nakita ko ung mga people na maag-paparticipate sa camp. mga nag-aaral sa marist, st scho, MDPS, OLOPS and infant jesus academy. wala akong nakitang aa. and again, nagdadalawang isip na kong umuwi pero heck, naka-alis na ung car namin. haha. so tinuloy ko na talaga.

so un. sign up sa registration table then straight sa area ng girl's room. pagpunta ko dun, madami ng tao. tas walang nag-uusap. for a while, ang tahimik ko na rin. pero nung hindi na ko nakapagpigil, ako na na-una magsalita. then after a few minutes, settle na kami sa session room. inexplain nila ung mangyayari sa camp and the rules. tas meron na agad talk one. after the talk, they grouped us into different small discussion groups. dun ko nameet si jackie and si kim. tas basta, masaya.. naglaro pa kami nila mia ng dodgeball, soccer, at volleyball. pati cards! pero monkey, monkey lang alam ko. haha. naktulog kami mga 12'30 or 1 na ata.

DECEMBER 3. i was now a baptized yfc. woke up at 5'30am. pa-unahan kaming mga girls sa shower room. haha. then after that, morning excercise. tas breakfast. sarap ng food. after nun, talks 2 and 3 naman ung sumunod. after talk 3, lunch na. after lunch, free time ng mga 'campers' hanggang dinner time. mga 4 or 5 ata un, nag-request kaming mga campers na magkaron ng games. tas ung parang getting to know you gae ung pinalaro nila samin. partner namin ung isa pang group. ung napunta samin na group, isa sa mga group ng boys. ung kila ian. sobrang nakakatawa sila. db, db? haha. dun ko nameet ung mga ibang boys-sila ian, michael, raprap at jomar. nakakatuwa nga sila eh. kasi pare-pareho ung sinasabi nila. kasi ung game.. parang magkatalikod kau ng guy tas magkahawak kayo ng kamay habang nagsasabi siya ng mga stuff about sa sarili niya. tas dapat maalala mo lahat. haha. basta, nakakatuwa. after nung game na un, nakilala ko sa next game sila-migs, richard at meron pang 4 ata. nakalimutan ko na eh. haha. basta.. tapos grabe natalo kami sa game. so kami ung unang magprepresent sa e-night[entertainment night]. sa sobrang kabado ko, take nlang ako ng take ng pictures namen. haha. ang vain eh. haha. mukhang hindi ko nakaya nung una ung role namen ni ate joy eh. sumayaw kami ng parang seductive na move. tas basta, nakakatuwa lang. haha. parang nawala ung dignidad namin nung gabing un eh. noh. haha. basta, fun ung camp. after the e-night, kwentuhan kaming mga girls with the boys. kasi last night na and for bonding na rin. natulog kami mga 2am.

DECEMBER 4. last day ng camp. wake up call namin ng 6am. as usual, morning excercise and breakfast followed. then after nun, the fifth and the last talk. after nung talk. onting games ulit. then a lot more things happened. mga sharings and stuff. the campers and the core group even celebrated the mass. and it also marked the end of it. and that was it. back to the reality of life, outside camp.

mamimiss ko lahat ng nakasama at naging friends ko sa yfc camp. thanks you sa memories.

DECEMBER 5. natulugan ko ang quiz namin sa cle. haha. dahil sa kakulangan sa tulog. hmm.. ano pa ba? pumunta kaming greenhills for dinner. kumain kami sa tempura boy tas visit na rin kay caelum tsaka kay ate gis after. grabe, wala ko sa sarili ko kasi hindi pa talaga ko masyado nakakatulog.
